Bill Lunsford’s success in founding numerous West Alabama business ventures is built on a few basic principles: deliver a good product, treat others fairly and support our community. Embracing these principles, Bill has over thirty-five years worth of satisfied customers in ventures ranging from tree farms to real estate developments to commercial construction projects.
In all his ventures, Bill emphasizes personal service from the minute a customers calls to well after the job is finished. Bill has been a champion for the redevelopment of downtown Tuscaloosa; revitalizing several historic, downtown properties. He’s a 1968 graduate of Livingston University (the University of West Alabama), and has been a leader in several organizations serving our community including the Alabama Home Builders Association, the Tuscaloosa Home Builders Association, the American Red Cross, the West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, and several others.
Cathy Lunsford serves as Chairman of the Board and Director of Administration for ARR, utilizing her 35 plus years’ experience in business management and marketing. Her resume includes Administrative Management of Bill Lunsford Construction & Development, and serving also as Marketing Coordinator with Harbert International, Inc. where she coordinated proposals on domestic and international construction projects.
Cathy oversees the company’s financial performance and investments as well as ensures that all company policies and legal guidelines are followed from the top down. Cathy’s talents lie not only in her ability to analyze problematic situations and provide solutions but also in her ability to help steer ARR’s focus as to which markets to enter, how to take on the competition, and which companies to align with in order to secure the growth and success of the company.
As Comptroller, Amy Floyd oversees all of the company’s accounting and financial activities. She is a graduate of Rhodes College and has over seventeen years of experience in accounting and business management. Amy is a self-motivated financial officer with the proven ability to provide the key financial information needed to enable strategic foresight for the business and also to provide knowledgeable and accurate information to colleagues and senior management; rigorously ensuring that all statutory and corporate obligations are met.
Philip Dunlap has been with ARR since its inception, and currently serves as Regional Project Director. Philip’s Degree in Business and his diverse business management background equip him with the skills required to manage the division that serves the southeastern United States. As Director, he also oversees ARR’s Estimating Department, as well as Quality Control.
Philip’s commitment to excellence in ARR’s performance and services is the driving force behind the ARR Team. He received his remediation education and certifications, which include an AASC, CMR and CMI, at the University of Alabama and Mississippi State. A North Carolina native, Philip has two children.
Greg Durr joined the ARR team in January 2015 as Project Management Supervisor and Director of ARR’s Forensic Trauma Scene Cleanup division. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and trauma scene certified through Amdecon, he has over 40 years of law enforcement and trauma scene experience. Under Greg’s direction, ARR’s respiratory protection program, hazard communication program, universal precaution procedures program, and OSHA are all certified and compliant.
As a supervisor, Greg’s asbestos, mold, and lead-based paint remediation certifications, from the University of Alabama, plus his wide range of experience, makes him invaluable to the ARR Team.
Juan Hernandez has been with ARR from its beginning. Juan superior work ethic and attention to detail makes him a valuable part of the ARR team. He is on call 24/7 and is often a member of ARR’s First Responder Team to any emergency situation.
Juan received his remediation education and certifications at the University of Alabama and Mississippi State. Having lived in Tuscaloosa for over 18 years, Juan enjoys time with his family and Alabama football.
